DOESNT DESERVE A HALF A STAR!! Ken osbourne is a JOKE! He sat at my table with myself and my potential buyers and mentioned possible mold in my crawl space! First off it wasn't even in his report, but because he said it the buyers backed out! I had a REAL professional out who said they had no clue what he was referring to as our crawl space was the best they've seen! Zero growth of any kind and couldn't recommend one thing to change! Ken is a joke. BEWARE! If he doesn't like your realtor he will botch your inspection!!

Mr Osborne is very professional kind precise and is totally working for the home buyer and will make sure that you don’t walk into a home in the blind. He will let you know everything there is to know if there are any issues with the home before you purchase it. He’s very detailed and provides great service and honest , very reasonable priced. Ken and Chris were very professional and knowledgeable, first home inspection I've had and was unsure of what to expect. After speaking for a bit of what they were going to check around the home and then Identified my concerns at the end. They gave me a very nice education on what they found. I would highly recommend!! Will use them again!

Ken is detailed in his inspections and writes it as he sees it. He is very helpful and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
