CenterWell Senior Primary Care - Remove

Dr. Is great pa took all my phy meds away had withdraws I think he thinks he's a dr. Don't ever want to see him again staff . Is very very unprofessional . No team work nothing gets done . I have been waiting for a medication to be called in for a month it seems like . They just pass the word on but no one does it . They keep telling me 24 to 72 hours yet nothing I call at least 3 times a week.asked for a referral in march waited and called at least 3 times a week never got one had to find one for myself . I choose this clinic because I can't drive I have had a stroke and it is a block away from where I live. What am I supposed to do . Things with the staff need to change seems no one cares. I am sure going to let the Dr Know on my next appt which will be my 2nd . If nothing gets done I will surely seek a different physician and let folks know in the neighborhood about this. This is very unhealthy for me as I need my medication. I will probably end up in the E R if something dose not happen fast. Pauline Kinch Thousand Oaks location 05/22/2017

Not taking new patients. Horrible attitude when asking.

The services and help at the Thousand oaks location is at its lowest level since I have been going there. The new staff has not been properly prepared to help the patient. I was never contacted in a timely fashion about my PCP leaving the group. A prescription for medication I requested over a week ago cannot be filled until I meet with the new Dr. on staff. Had I not gone in I wouldn't have known. I am still without my meds until I meet with the new Dr.. I have never been so disgusted with the care and services as I am now. Harold Anthony Orozco
