Excellent customer service! I was in a pinch and needed to personalize a leather item I bought for someone's birthday. I called in the late afternoon and even though they were about to close, they told me they could do it! They did a wonderful job and my friend loved the gift! I loved getting to meet the owner and hear about their shop. Highly recommend this place!

I have ordered several tumblers and gift packages for Christmas and Mother’s Day. Every item was so beautiful and creative! Everything was delivered quickly and on time. I am blown away by not only the amazing products and workmanship, but the incredible customer service! We ordered custom glasses and had them delivered to us super quick!! Definitely will be purchasing more from Firebird Group, Inc!
