        Horrible experience. Wanted to switch our sprint plans to tmobile and get new phones. Waited for the 3 groups ahead of us. Then when our turn, another group came in door and were waited on instead. Associate not informed about plans nor specifics of phones, just trying to get both groups signed up. Not meet needs. Had to leave to make it to work on time. Was a worthless trip and 1 and half.

        Saffevell gets 5 stars. He was great. He needs a raise and a paid vacation in my opinion. Store was busy and he was the only employee working; yet he still handled everyone in a timely manner!
