This SPRINT/TMOBILE store is the best one I have ever been to for sales and service! We have been buying cell phones from them for years. Their service is always excellent. Taja was so helpful, very informative, and friendly in every aspect of my visit. She solved my problem with another store who has never called me about about a phone I ordered over 105 days ago. Taja had the exact phone I wanted and explained everything I needed to know. She told me to call her anytime I had a question about my new phone. James, the store manager, was also very helpful and friendly. He knows how to run a store to make the customers happy. This store is one of the best for customer service!

I should have never ever signed up with Sprint. They never tell you you only have a certain amount of time to exchange your upgraded phones unless you pay the one you have off. They're ridiculous! The 4g service is horrible. I can buy a phone through straight talk and get better service & customer service than Sprint. After this lease I am completely done with these people. Always throwing new charges for the stupidest things! Man I am very upset with this place!

Customer for 10+ years. I always walk out of there with a deal and free stuff. Great customer service.

Great customer service as soon as we walked in door! Much better than another store with more people ! Use this store. Friendly and knowledgeable!
