Bad business hours only open until 4pm all week except Friday and closed Saturday! Not really set up for working people!

Overdrafted from fraud charges with my phone bill due which I need for my job and a business trip coming up, on top of the thanksgiving weekend! Told me Investigation could take up to 10 days, offered no alternatives and told me to borrow money from someone. Outdated ATM and services.

Friendly service inside, but this branch's hours are not conducive for anyone who has a life, and their "remote teller" service is mostly closed after hours. If you can afford to take off work every time you need your bank during a weekday, then this is a solid choice, but if not, you may need to seek a bank that is more accessible.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Stopped by to cash a $35 refund check from a hospital. Provided all requested ID, and still would not cash it. Was told to call the check issuer because they could not tell me. Called Baptist East, was told check was valid, there are no issues. Moreover, the issue bank of the check is Republic. Absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend US Bank, or really anyone else. Worst explaination ever.
