RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!
the manager is so hateful Nd rude it aint funny. They all are never on the same page
They deff need someone in there that knows how to count money Nd count it right. Was told 3 times after counting 400.00 out myself ot was inly 300.00.
I parked Nd came.in Nd agian...counted it it out nice Nd slowly 2 diffrent times.
Needless to say it came out to 400.00

If possible I would not give any star's. I went to the drive thru to deposit $500.00. The teller told me it was only 450.00. I knew she was lying as I had counted the money twice in the car. I immediately called the manager who seemed dimwitted and unconcerned. So I called the one eight hundred number. I was refunded the $50.00 even before they ran the tape.When in called a week later to inquire about the the seller's mistake the branch manager hung up on me as soon as I told her my name. I called back because I thought it was a mistake and she was all of a sudden gone. I been a pnc customer since 1996 and opened my account at this bank. I will never ever go into that branch again because I'm still a little irritated by the manager's behavior. When Sharon was the manager it's was like family .
