Legacy at English station - Louisville KY I planned to bring my mother in. Sadly I will not be doing so. Reasons Caitlyn Courtney (1) Caitlyn lied to me about having 2 caregivers on each hall and a nurse. I was informed by an employee that was not true and they were short staffed. (2) I asked Caitlyn how diverse it was here because I wanted my mother around a diverse environment. Caitlyn informed me it was a little too diverse. (3) I was in restroom I guess she thought I left. Informed Emily my mother was loaded and would be here for a while. So, I took it as She and Trilogy only cares about money.

My husband was at Aspen Place in Greensburg, IN. His care was very slipshod most of the time. A few people did their jobs with compassion, but most did not. The Exec. Director was ineffective at best. He was there for 4 months with a 5 day stay in the hospital for surgery in the middle. I had to stay all day everyday for him to get proper care because I did a lot of it. I am not trained in health care, but did a better job than most, and that is a sad testament. He was totally bedridden, yet often his food would be delivered without flatware to eat it with! Sometimes he didn't get the whole meal because they ran out and didn't think to ask him if he wanted something else. The nursing station was vacant during mealtime so he had no one to help him, but me. His medications were messed up several times and since he was primarily there for PICC line antibiotics that was a huge issue. The nurse lied to me in front of the director of nursing and nothing happened. She continued to lie the whole time he was there. Communication was a joke on all levels! I could write a book, but it will do no good. And please do not respond with a canned "I'm so sorry your care was not what you expected..." garbage. Don't tell me to talk to the Exec Director because I did many, many times to no avail. Don't tell me to contact any of your other people because if you'd been listening and doing better, I wouldn't need to write this complaint like many before me have done. What a sad, sad, sad example you have led.

Trilogy is the WORST company to work for if you are a NURSE or CNA because they treat their employees like horrible but also Trilogy Health Svcs doest care about their RESIDENTS either! EMPLOYEES QUIT DELAY BECAUSE WE ARE WORKING BY OURSELVES IN KENTUCKY! They only cares about their bonuses every December! GOD TRUTH!

I have been with Trilogy (Smiths mills) for 2 years now, and love all my co workers. And of course all my friends the residents. I have been in several different positions and love them all!!! Great people Great place to work!! Shout out to the Best ED with Trilogy April Thank you for all you do love ya! And of course the Best LED team as well Alaina you Rock!!
