Very nice apartment complex. It appeared to be well kept & Staff seemed great each time I spoke with someone. Was able to get in contact with someone every time I called. Was given a move in date of November 12th. However, I ended up disappointed. They use a 3rd party residential verification service when checking credit/background, rental history etc. I was denied with a 700+ credit score, more than enough monthly income, & great rental history. Office staff could not tell me why I was denied. I Called the 3rd party service to find out why & was advised that my report showed 4 late payments on student loans. I was never told that student loan debt would effect my application. I wouldve been fine with paying a bigger deposit, never thought something so small would result in a complete denial. Especially when everything else that you need to qualify for an approval is in great standing! Who hasnt been late on a bill a time or 2?! & The account is up to date. Otherwise it would reflect in my credit score. Not to mention I also applied to Willowgreen apartments, which just so happens to fall under the same management, so Im sure another denial is to follow. & Im out of $100 in app fees. Back to square one, unfortunately!
