I have reported 2 minor maintenance requests. One was a simple shower lever replacement and the second was a bath faucet leak. The request was reported and completed within 24 hours! Both maintenance’s were completed by different people and they did an amazing job! My second request was completed by Bear and he was wonderful. Did not need further questions. He knew exactly what was wrong and I felt comfortable with leaving while he was doing the job! Thanks Bear & Park Laurette :)

Both Office Staff and Maintenance are very helpful and friendly. Quiet complex with plenty of green space and parking available. Apartments are roomy and efficiently arranged. Enjoyed living here for past 2 years. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

If I could give this place a 0 it would still be too high. They did not allow us to see our unit before the move in date because they were installing "new carpet," and what we walked into was nothing short of a nightmare. The unit was absolutely disgusting, it didn't seem as though it was even looked at before we were to move in. Dust and stains all over the fridge and cabinets, washer & dryer were filthy with hair and garbage, broken blinds, and best of all COCKROACHES everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom. We brought this to the attention of the complex manager, Shari and she said it would be cleaned. Absolutely nothing was done and it seemed like she could care less, and I'm guessing she was used to the units looking like that. I would warn against looking here for your apartment needs as its hard to get ahold of anyone at regular business hours as well. Disgusting!
