Had to update my review - it was a 5 star review for the first visit - they fixed my issue with my AC last summer, during that visit talked me into signing a year maintanence contract with them. I have scheduled a couple of appts since September 2019, and no one has YET made it out to do scheduled maintenence that I already paid a year up for (It's March 2020). Now, the contract is about to expire and they've taken my money and not held up their end of the deal. NOW HE SAYS HE IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER. SO I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO SOMEONE IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND!!!

Nalls was selected through my home warranty. He was a no call/no show for his appointment. Cancelled the work order with them. Based on his reviews and perceived ethics issues, looked like I dodged a bullet.

I use Mike regularly for commercial and residential work and the guy knows what hes doing, shows up and gets it done! Stands behind his work and has a great personality
