Were new homeowners and never experience dealing with a broken AC. We highly recommend this company! Its rare to find someone who cares, ask for Alan, hes great and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the new AC/ unit our comfort level is 1000% the installers were professional and nice I wish I could remember thier names they had to travel to get a replacement for the new item that were needed they truly went out of their way to exchange the part that was damaged shame on ACE hardware in the Portland neighborhood the guys traveled all the way to the Bardstown road location to retrieve the much needed part awesome job to the McGinnis employees, thanks R.HILL

I am so glad we used McGinnis HVAC! This group is responsive, professional, honest, and so easy to deal with. They were dropped into a very difficult situation and managed to help me navigate through it to a successful resolution. My home warranty company initially dispatched a contractor that waited until 4pm on a Friday to decline the work, leaving me with no heat over a very cold weekend. The second contractor only wanted to sell me a new furnace out of my own pocket, and when I declined said they couldn't help me anymore. Thankfully McGinnis HVAC was the third company the home warranty company dispatched. They the home warranty company to approve a replacement furnace which they installed as soon as it was available. I highly recommend you try them out!
