Had a great experience! Although I didnt find a car on the lot the day I was hunting. I was looking at the other short redman car lots and saw a car I truly loved- but all the way in middlesborrow. They had the car to me within three days so I didnt have to travel myself. Id consider that above and beyond! Thank you Brandon Boggs, so much for your help with purchasing a new car! I will be back.

I will always be thankful for my experience with Short-Redmond SuperStore! I have Brandon Boggs to thank for this! He made my experience THE ABSOLUTE BEST Ive ever had buying a car!!! In short I had purchased a used Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in 2022 and the dealership (NOT Short-Redmond) told me the vehicle didnt qualify for GAP insurance because it was an older 2016. When I hit a deer on a highway and the Jeep was totaled I was left with $4500 to pay after the total loss settlement. I spent DAYS and many many hours combing through CarGurus looking for a vehicle and it was turning into a nightmare! With the few that didnt sell before I could get to them, I had unpleasant experiences. One place even ran my credit many times after I told them I wasnt interested. Brandon was honest, let me know GAP is always available, didnt make me feel like I was wasting his time he worked hard for me to get me in the Jeep I wanted, even in my busy fast paced job, and I was able to sign that day!
