    This was the worst experience that Ive ever had. The staff was unprofessional, including management. They tried to sell me a car that was missing parts, and kept trying to reassure me that the car would be ready. It was never ready and after 3 visits of being let down, I requested to work with a different sales person. Mark Walsh was a disgusting person who threw a folder at me in rage and told me that no one in the building would sell me a car. I requested a manager to close the deal and the manager, Eddie was just as unprofessional. He randomly called me one night just to talk, telling me about his day and how he was working late and was ready to go home to make pizza with his family. CREEP. There were so many other instances of him just wanting to talk and being strange but that was the last straw. I dont appreciate being called outside of business. He also refused to call me by my name and was hostile when I corrected him. Long story short. I called the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Louisville and their customer service was so much better. I also have a much better car than what James Motor Company had. So, I recommend saving yourself the trouble and time by going to better dealership with higher standards of professionalism.

    My wife and I bought a 2024 GLC 43 AMG from Bob! He was great to deal with. Do yourself a favor and ask for Bob! They earned a customer for life from the Blakes. We will be back to buy more from them in the future! Glad we made the trip from Louisville to check out this vehicle. They were much better and more knowledgeable than any dealership we had been too.

    Made a deal on a vehicle on Monday - sales manager told consider the car sold. Was supposed to do paperwork on Wednesday as salesman was out on Tuesday. Got a call on Wednesday morning that car was sold to someone else and it was just bad luck. Not how I do business so I cannot recommend this dealership.

Miss DC2B, First and foremost you referring to another human being, especially a member of my team as “disgusting” speaks volumes about your character. After looking at your previous Google reviews of several other establishments it is clear that not many places out there can make you happy. Let’s discuss the realities of this transaction:The “missing parts” that you are referring to were covers for the child seat latch system, which took a few days to arrive. Eddie Brantley was trying to accommodate your schedule and was reaching out to you after closing time in order to try to provide a higher level of customer service rather than just ignoring you once the store is closed. The biggest delay in the deal was you not facilitating payment on the vehicle after being told multiple wire transfers were initiated on your behalf. Sometimes the best business you can do, is the business you do not do. I think this is a perfect example of such a situation. I am glad that you found another Mercedes-Benz dealer to handle your sales and service needs and wish you many happy miles of driving pleasure.
