Delivery window 9-1. Currently 4pm and not a peep. No delivery. No phone call. Nothing. By the look of these reviews, they should be blacklisted by any company who values their own reputation. Wayfair should NEVER contract them again, but perhaps that's the result of low cost bidding. Get what you pay for. Filing a complain with the BBB and the KY Attny General {consumer protection}.

I ordered a bed, Lexington Logistics received the bed on Jan 9th and were suppose to call me to set up a delivery appointment within 2 days of them recieving the bed. They first lost the bed at the warehouse. On Jan 15th they found the bed and scheduled my delivery for today, Jan 17th 12:30pm-4:30pm. Then they call me today at 4pm to tell me the driver isn't finishing his route for the day and that they'll try again tomorrow. ----- Update: the bed was delivered today. The two men that delivered my bed were very professional, respectful, friendly.. They offered to carry the boxes into any room of the house for me, and immediately began to remove their shoes before walking in on the carpet, although I assured them it would be okay. If I could rate the delivery team separately from those in charge at the company, I would give these men full stars.

Needs to be shut down. Like everyone else I ended up here through a Wayfair subsidiary (AllModern). My estimated delivery was March 29th. They claimed they tried to call me on March 27th, but they never did. I then went through a nightmare trying to get them to talk to me, until I used AllModern and on a 3-way conference call they confirmed to me my item would be delivered on April 3rd between 3-7. Then on April 3rd, as I'm sitting at home waiting for my item, they call and tell me my delivery is scheduled for April 4th between 12-4 and they deny ever telling me the item would be delivered on April 3rd. After another 3-way conference call, they backpedal and say it was a mistake. Now on April 4th I'm once again sitting at home, taking time away from work, and I call to confirm my delivery - guess what? I'm not on the "manifesto" for the day. At this point after being left on hold twice I schedule ANOTHER 3-way conference call and this time they just hang up on myself and the AllModern representative. It's not even clear who the company is because if you check the Secretary of State filings "Proficient Transportation" was dissolved by the State of Kentucky years ago for failing file with the Secretary of State, and has an invalid DOT license. The phone number I was given for Proficient is for "Lexington Logistics" after Googling, and when I call it they greet me as another third company. They're all connected, however, if you dig into the paperwork behind them. I've pursued a complaint with Wayfair/AllModern which has already been escalated two management levels, and I intend to pursue any possible avenue I can against this people. EDIT: By doing research I found the CEO's phone number for whatever company this is, and she was immediately apologetic and had my couch delivered the next day. The guys who actually delivered the couch were great guys. I have no idea why it had to be this difficult or shady.
