I'm 28 years old and have lived in more apartments than I can count on 2 hands, but after all this time I was destined to find Urbanize where I could live my life in such a wonderful community with some of the greatest neighbor friends you'll ever meet in your life. The atmosphere of the homes are young and modern with an eclectic vibe, but AFFORDABLE! Lana McKinney, Urbanize's very own superstar property manager is the person I imagine when someone says terms like "Kind" and "Dedicated." Lana and her team make everything an absolute breeze and worry-free. If you want a home amongst a diverse, loving, and generous company and community. After living for a few months at the Retro Beach building which I loved, in early April 2019 moved across the street to the Metro Plex. Only $75/month and you have washer and dryer in your own apartment. Full sized Stainless steel appliances, lively neutral colors, led lights to save $$$. Within a couple of months both buildings were fully occupied. I have good neighbors, I know almost all of them and we look after each other when it comes to take care of our pets or plants when we are out of town or stuck at work. There's always super friendly staff doing their cleaning, improvements, inside and out. The building engineers Kenny and Danny are the best, they will come fix it right away, if for some reason they got stuck in an emergency somewhere else, they communicate right away so you can keep going with your day. And Lana... the property manager... a national treasure! Professional, kind, positive, always eager to make your experience the best possible! I love Urbanize is such a progressive company, treats their employees and tenants in a way many other companies could learn from. And it shows!

I work in one of their offices and it has been terrible, would not recommend it... They don't stock the bathroom with basic supplies, so we are bringing our own toilet paper. I think someone else brought in hand soap since they weren't providing it.
