He also takes the time to not only work with me through the exercises, but also explains the reasons we are doing each. Ive been using Cam around four days a week for over a year and a half now.     June 21, 2021 I have had the pleasure of working with Cameron Imani since April 2021. I heard about Cameron through a friend that had a positive personal training experience with Cameron at Motiv8 Fitness. Cameron offered a free training session to introduce me to what his sessions entail. The session targeted all the different body parts so that I finished with a strong understanding of what training sessions would be like. Cameron asked what my goals were and also checked out my overall health and readiness to exercise. Camerons goals for me - to be successful in my workouts, develop a stronger and healthier body, and have fun. He coaches you so you push yourself to those limits that initially seemed so far out of reach. The workouts target upper, lower, and full body. In 2 months my overall strength, posture, coordination, and balance have improved as well as losing a total of 8 Inches overall. Cameron also provided accountability not only to him but to myself! Cameron possesses a unique ability to connect and help individuals of all ages and abilities to live a more productive and healthy life. Cameron is passionate about his work and truly an expert in his field!
