Im not sure whats up with bad reviews, but my stay was great.
Room was clean, fantastic shower pressure, beds were comfy, towels were soft and clean, and the view/location was phenomenal. I didnt have any HVAC issues in my room and all the staff were friendly.
I did not visit the pool area or the restaurant so I cant speak on any of that.
If I had to critique anything it would the carpet was a little gross in spots, but its a hight traffic hotel so it didnt bother me. There also isnt a microwave in the room.
Dont let the negative reviews stop you from staying here (it almost did me, but I risked it to be connected to the arena).
My experience was perfect.
Nearby activities: Connected to Rupp Arena, 4/4.5 miles from Fayette Mall, plenty of places to eat
Walkability: Close walking distance to many shops, food, stores
