We had an awesome experience purchasing a bed! Staff was very kind and knowledgeable and made our experience great. Now just waiting for delivery to enjoy! I have changed this review from a 5 star to a 2 star due to completely unnecessary complications with delivery. When a customer pays this kind of price for a bed every effort should be made to accommodate delivery for the customer not waiting until you order and get a replacement bed to put on the showroom floor....... Just my opinion

Bob the sales person there knows his product and very easy to talk to. Not a pushy sales person.

I'm sitting in my new Hermann Miller chair as I write this review. It's one of several products I've bought from the Lexington store over the years. One of the best things about my local Healthy Back Store is the knowledgeable salespeople. They not only sell excellent products, but they know their products well and they know how to "custom fit" to their customers.
