As a member of Humana I am disappointed, my wife is in her 70s has been has severe pain in her lower and under her ribs for several days and her doctor put in for emergency CTSCAN after we had not heatd anything from Humana I called to see what the problem was and explained what was going on I was informed that they had 48 hours for either approval or refuseal. Still have not heard back from them so I'm guessing eventhough had the background and knowing the pain she was having they seem to think thats OK, since the doctor can not tell her what the problem is without a CTSCAN she could not even give her any pain medication. It's a good thing it's time to renew for Medicare I will pick another company. James Lucas H57536112.

Worse company ever. They dont cover insulin or any diabetes meds. No eye doctor or dentist takes them. Useless customer service

I just spoke to Tracy on the phone to insure that my medical senior plan was continuing in 2022. She was gracious and answered all my questions and assured me I will be covered totally in 2022...thank you Tracy
