        I contacted my KY FB agent in Hamburg today to inquire about whether my roof qualified for repair or replacement. I spoke with someone named Melissa and she was incredibly rude and made me feel that I was trying to scam the company. I'm a university professor...not a roofing expert. I've had both my two cars and my house insured with them for many years. If this is the kind of response that I am going to get to a question, I'm wondering what kind of rudeness to expect should I have a claim...which I've never had. I'm seriously considering going to someone who, at least, acts like they appreciate my business, even if the cost is higher.

        We were very pleased with the service we received. The staff was very friendly and professional as they guided us through our claim every step of the way after a very traumatic accident I was in. Their continues communication and promptness while processing our claim was very appreciated and eased a lot of our stress. Thank you!
