This place does NOT answer your phone calls and when they do, they are rude and do not follow through. My company requested a dumpster we had on site belonging to ERI to be emptied and returned two days ago and it wasn't done, so I called yesterday and they said it'd be done by 2pm. Our overflowing dumpster is still sitting there today, so I called repeatedly until someone picked up their phone (about 10 times, which is the normal amount of times I have to call before being answered) and requested it to be picked up NOT TO BE RETURNED and was hung up on. They did however, charge our account before they even picked it up. A picture of our overflowing dumpster is below and the trailer we had to start using because we couldn't put our project on hold for ERI. Very rude and horrible customer service.

I called Sam on short notice and he worked a fair deal to move several containers to a house demo and get them back ASAP. It made the job fast, efficient, and at the end the bill was AS-ADVERTISED. This trash business is a dirty business.....don't be afraid to report all the crooks and con artists.

They charged my money, then in coming week, I called them everyday, they keep telling me the dumpster would be delivered this afternoon, buy it never happen for 8 days. Finally, their phone stop work, I always got voice message.......have to arrange a dumpster from another company and ask credit card company to charge back the money from ERI.

They do not service your needs!!! I needed to have dumpster exchanged so that the crew could keep working they took my call and then when I called back to see when they would show up the lady blocked my phone number. I tried to call the next morning to check on when the dumpster would exchanged they would not take my call or my office call. They don't answer there phone and will not remove containers exchanged in a timely manner !!! I would not recommend this company at any time. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
