Very bad service and they charged my cards $1000 dollars for everything when it only takes a short time

Just a notification to other customers. This company charged my account an additional 450.00 after my balance was paid in full upon arrival of a dumpster. Took 2 days to get in touch with someone. Voice mail is full. I was informed that I would get a call back. No one called back. I closed my office, drove to ERI Dumpsters spoke to owner of business. He did not know how to refund my credit card. So he wrote me a check. For anyone using this company.. your credit card is not in a protected environment. The explanation was that my card was used to pay on another persons account. Bad Business. Not trustworthy.

If I could give less stars I would they’re supposed to come pick it up The dumpster Tuesday they’ve given me the runaround they close at five so now I can’t call them now they’re still not here three days later to pick up, The driver says they are in a financial trouble the last time they picked up the dumpster I had to cancel my plans today to wait because he said he’d be here by six it is now 612 and he still not here three hours later Horrible horrible customer service

Was looking to start a good partnership after my last dumpster rental company went out of business, but upon a first impression, they promised me it would be delivered in the morning of August 26th and It’s now the afternoon and they don’t seem to have any idea of what time they will actually get it to me. I’m a contractor so this really holds me back. Definitely will go with someone else next time. Don’t want to deal with the smart attitude again. Only good thing is I found this out so I can let any other contractor of mine to stay away from them.
