      image Rude disrespectful employees... No professionalism and unwilling to help a customer. Then blame their problem on the customer. Delores and Chris have major attitude problems and need some customer service training. They also tried to steal my trade in phone and not apply my promotion. They can't even get the paperwork right and do their jobs correctly.. Thankfully the other Hamburg TMobile store that used to be a Sprint store fixed everything for me. They still care about the Sprint customers...Im keeping this review updated and at the top just because.
