        They were supposed to replace the battery in my son's iphone through asurion. Instead they broke the screen caused a green line to be down the middle and refused to repair the battery claiming the screen had a green line on it when I brought it to them. I had come directly from the apple store 3 miles down the road so I have proof of the condition the phone was in before I left it at this place. Anyways asurion is replacing the phone since their repair place broke it.

        I didn't catch the techs name, but he was the only one there that day. I broke my screen that morning, by late afternoon after I completed my claim and had my phone fixed and back in my hands.
