German American Bank

Lost my debit card. I called them and asked how to get a new card and they told me I can get one on the day that I come in. I came in on a monday and this man (don't know his name but it doesn't matter I guess) told me that it will actually take 1 week for it to get mailed to me. I was very clear that my address with the bank is my home address (2 hours away) but I currently live in Lexington because I am a college student. The man said ok and changed my address for the card to be sent to my Lexington address. I waited 1 week for new card. Then my parents said it got mailed to them (2 hours away) instead of me. I called immediately and asked why that happened when I had been very clear about needing to be sent to my Lexington address. The same man I originally spoke to apologized and said he will submit some "fast-track" order or whatever its called. Then he hung up on me before I could ask when it would arrive. I called back over the next few days and no answers and even told them to call me back, but no calls back from him. Finally on Friday a nice lady spoke to me and said she spoke to the man and he had somehow messed up or forgotten to change my address to the correct Lexington address, despite me being very clear about my addresses and him originally confirming that he changed my address. The guy wouldn't even tell me his mistake or offer an apology. So in conclusion I called on a Monday and I was told I could get a new card that same day. Currently it has been 18 days and I am still waiting for this new card. Terrible service from this bank in Lexington location and terrible service from this man.
