Great experience at O'Reilly's Versailles Rd. tonight! I needed new headlights for my car and the staff were fantastic. Both young men were incredibly helpful. J.D. wasn't just knowledgeable about the parts and explained everything clearly, but he also offered to install them for me! His friendly and professional demeanor made the whole experience a breeze. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile and install the headlights himself. Especially since Advanced Auto wouldn't install one for me a few months ago when I needed one. Additionally , they specifically told me at O'Reillys wouldn't install one either. That lie caused me to drive w one light for a long time. J.D saved me a lot of time and hassle. He performed most of the installation but Noah assisted at one point, then JDJ.D. needed some assisting n the process. I am sorry to say that every store in Lexington / Fayette Co needs more training in customer service for in person and over the phone...
