We've had this company here several times in the last year. Their technicians are respectful of property, they have been kind and friendly and know their job. Their office staff is great. I've had to speak with them a few times and have always been treated with kindly, with friendly conversation and my problems have been timely dealt with. I'd recommend this company to anyone. I give it the highest rating possible.

Kevin is outstanding! Really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I had to have three items repaired over the course of a couple of months. Kevin works very efficiently, doesn't waste any time and does just what is necessary to fix the problem. He was also kind enough to give advice on preventing some of the problems in the future. Highly recommended! Services: Washing machine repair, Stove, cooktop & oven repair, Refrigerator/freezer repair

I want to start by saying I rent, so my landlord put the call into this company 3 days ago, and they came today. The technician arrived, my wife and kids were home as I was at work. Tech never introduced himself at all during the visit, not even a hello. My wife explained what our issue was with our oven. (I knew what the issue was, it was my bottom element that went bad). After she explained that, he was speechless to her. He looked at it, walked out to his truck, got the element, fixed it, as be walked out he said to my kids "oven is fixed" and left!! My wife was outside in our backyard at this time NEVER TOLD MY WIFE HE WAS LEAVING! Now I work in the service industry and have been for the past 12 yrs. We are known for our technician to client professional service. With myself going to a tenant client, we talk, interact, laugh, joke, play with pets, toss a ball with a kid, invite them to walk along the service call with us. With the technician I had in my house today made my wife AND kids all say "he made me uncomfortable and he's really weird". That's pretty bad when my 9 and 10 yr old kids thought that. I'll never have them back, super unprofessional and rude!! Service: Oven repair
