        Waited over a week for my appointment to have them repair a GE washer. They not only show up but never called to let me know they weren't coming. Called their customer service, waiting an hour only to be told they couldn't help me and transferred me to someone else. Waiting another 30 minutes to be told the dispatcher was no longer there and I needed to start over again by going online to schedule a new appointment. I will NEVER waste my time with this people again and will only work with a legitmate GE repair service company.

        The repairman is great but GE service is not. GE keeps sending wrong part. Last one was a push start button when it is supposed to be an accelerometer!!! Plus this part was bad on brand new washer right out of the box. Haven't been able to use my brand new washer I purchased a month and a half ago
