We returned a truck here. The location was closed at the time and instructions for how and where to leave the truck after hours was unclear. We did not feel secure about leaving the truck in the back lot as there was no visible security measures . We ended up having to call Penske and were reassured by them that there was no issue in doing so and left the truck. We did not breath a sigh of relief about the process until I received my email confirmation that the truck had been returned in proper condition and the contract was closed.

Trucks were in excellent condition and the ladies renting the trucks are great they know their business.....!
