I rented a truck and we had a big ice storm and snow storm and it took me longer I bought the insurance and everything I was not able to get it unloaded they told me it was ok and I told them I would pay for it longer they came to my house tow people called the police on me and made off with my stuff. Management wouldn't do anything. The customer is last priority. I have never had such a stressful move all due to uhaul. In the beginning I was delayed at the pick up place for hours due to a problem with a trailer I was renting too I also got stuck in the driveway from the house I was moving from it took them 6 hours of my day to get me out. It got stuck again they didn't show up for 11 hours of my time again trying to get their truck back to them they wasted so much of my time plus the difficulty of moving in the ice and snow. I spent hours and hours waiting to talk to someone with support and management just to get hung up on then the final manager told me they were taking my stuff.  This tow company would not listen it was an awful experience. Do not use them they are rude. I was the customer asking for help under my insurance with Uhaul and they tried to make off with my stuff and called the police as well as disrespected me my family and towing law. They were told to leave and did not. My advice if you can hire a moving company.
