My 18-year-old son is in Georgetown on Saturday night when his car broke down. He called AAA and they told him that it was the alternator. I asked him if he wanted to have it towed back to Lexington or have a tow there in Georgetown. ($90) He saw there was a Ken Towerys in Georgetown and had it tow there. He bought an alternator at oreillys and put in back seat. He put the key hidden and left VM his name and number and what was going on with it. Monday morning he calls and says he doesnt have appointment but can they work on it. they said they will definitely work on it that day. later in the day he called and they didnt get to it and they would have it done Tuesday morning. We went to Georgetown but guess what they didnt have it done Tuesday morning. They said they would have it done after lunch so we waited around in Georgetown, trusting that it will be done after lunch. He called back around three and they said they would have it done before they close at seven. We end up going back to Lexington because I had other children to take care of. we called again at 6:30 and they said it wont be done till Thursday because mechanic is off on Wednesday. Wed we had it towed ($150) to Lexington and it was done in 3hours at Boston Rd Ken Towery. my sons car was at Ken Towerys in Georgetown for half of his spring break. sitting there doing no good. My son works two jobs and this was his only break. The Ken Towerys in Lexington have been amazing and we are thankful for them. Ken Towery in Georgetown failed him.
