The new Manager Austin is a very knowledgeable and welcoming person, I wish he wouldve been here sooner, I came in for some information on promotions and he went above and beyond answering my questions, this location always helps with any issues I may have. I always feel like Im apart of the family here HIGHLY recommend

Chris was awesome! After a bad experience with the Walton Ky location Chris helped straighten things out! All of the guys there tonight were awesome!!

I was just charged for a device that I returned. Over $400!!!!!!
I attempted to return the device on 10/02 in store but they told me that I have to mail it in.
I mailed the device in on 10/04 via usps. Tracking # xxxx (will send via private message.
I received a notification about it not being received in November so I called AT&T and was assured you all received the device.
I then got another notification in December. I called in on 12/28 and spoke to your company and again provided the tracking number and was assured it would be taken care and that they would call me back once it was updated. Never received the call back and check my bill today and was charged for the device that I returned.
I called 4 times today and could not get through. Chat keeps disconnecting. This needs resolved.
