Excellent service yesterday when I updated my phone at the Flemingsburg store. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly and provided exceptional service. I will be recommending this sales associate to my friends and family.

This was the best experience! Cody helped me on Monday and I came back on Tuesday and Jeremy got me all set up. He was patient in helping with accessories and made sure I was comfortable with my new phone. I am so excited to have a new phone that is up to date (went from 6 to 12). I will recommend the AT&T store here in Flemingsburg to my friends!

Jeremy at AT&T in Flemingsburg did an excellent job helping us today. He had 8-10 customers coming in the door and tried to help everyone. I feel really bad for him because he was working alone and tried to help everyone and was very polite and helpful. He deserves a raise in pay. I have been on the Maysville Ky location before where they had 5-6 employees and didnt receive the excellent service we got today.

I went into the store with my father to get help with his phone issues that were due to the new changes with ATT phones. The man working was very helpful and he did in a matter of minutes what we had attempted to do for 2 months by phone with ATT customer service @ 611. He was patient and explained the process clearly.
