Historic Wigwam Village No. 2

Neat place to stay, need to come back in the summertime. "Wigwams" are cozy and very retro. If you're tall like me, remember the door to the bathroom is a low bridge! Very cool experience!! I stayed there when my younger son was 3yo several years ago. We went again last weekend so he can remember the experience. The owners are great! The work they have done to preserve and restore is incredible!! The original flooring and tile yet modern doors - Also had a campfire and gave some history when we checked in I'd recommend to anyone that wants an "out of the box" experience Noteworthy details: Obsolete experience I'm over the big box places and wanted not only some rest, but an EXPERIENCE!! (Our world is becoming cookie cutter) Not on rt 66, but a similar idea

I surprised our little family with reservations at the Wigwam Village. If you're looking for a quirky, retro, historical and community oriented experience...Wigwam Village is the place for you! This definitely was a highlight of our trip. The owners are enthusiastic and caring. We would definitely recommend the Wigwams to anyone looking for a memorable experience!
