        Matt Anderson arrived as scheduled to determine the cause of water in the crawl space. He ruled out every possible plumbing leak before concluding the water is seeping through the foundation. He communicates well and is pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. Seems to actually like his job.

        Rather expensive/we already had faucet and all parts. Service tech just had to set faucet on countertop and hook up plumbing and drain. He was courteous, careful and observed COVID-19 protocol. It’s just that the job only took about 30 minutes to complete-felt like we should have paid about a third less than we did. We couldn’t find a local plumber available on short notice & we needed it done before guests were arriving. Hiller was able to schedule a specific appointment time. Travel to job site was about 20 miles one way. Very satisfied with the work done. Service: Tap installation
