        They were very kind on the phone! But I received a call a few days later saying they couldn't do the job we'd discussed (it was a fairly routine pipe issue). That wouldn't be too bad in and of itself, but they also declined to say /why/ they couldn't do that simple job. I'd recommend going with a plumber that's capable of handling plumbing jobs.
