Location is great. Less than 20 min from mammoth cave, bender park, museums. Breakfast was good and staff is friendly. Rooms need updating. The beds have imprints and are worn. Walls have stains all over. Had to move rooms for a 2 night stay due to their plumbing problems. Rooms: Need to be cleaned and updated.

The service was unbeatable. They offered an early check in, delivered extra towels to the room, and were friendly and helpful. Kevin and Brittany were standouts, but everyone was great. The room was great, clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. The indoor pool was a great size and had plenty of towels. It was 3ft-5ft which was perfect for swimming with kids. Rooms: The room was clean and well appointed. Furnishings looked contemporary and nice. Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing. A great spread of delicious hot food.

Stopped here on the way home. The hotel was very clean. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Wish we could had stayed longer.
