I highly recommend you pop into this place if your looking for a vehicle. I just purchased a 2021 Tacoma from here. The sales team is awesome, it's not a high pressure environment. Of course they are trying to sell you a vehicle duh but you never feel any pressure to purchase from them. They will literally walk the whole car lot with you if you choose and answer any questions about a vehicle you have and if they don't know they will track down the answer. The whole purchase process was smooth. I highly recommend you give them a chance.

Will found a car online. Went Saturday. Great salesman. But the has a problem. It the heating system not turning on. . So I believed that it was a fuse or something simple. So Monday at 330 i texted the saleman . And in was told they had to order the part and it would take a week.
So that car should never been on the lot.
Also it should have been taken care of before that.
And its been online for at least 3 or 4 days. Because I have watching maybe longer .
I did not leave upset. I got yesterday when I had text the saleman to find out about my car.
Then I got upset . Because I had to do the leg work. I should have got a call from someone. Then finally got from financial guy about re-signing the paperwork to move my first payment.
So why would put a car on the lot that has problems.
Update April 5th
After using your online system that ONE responded to twice.
I did receive another update on my car. They will need it for another week. Which makes it one month that they have had my car .
So I called to find out about my title to get tags for it. The lady answered my call and transfer me to the place to talk to someone. No one ever answered after 2 minutes or more. So I hung up and called back. I asked for the owner's number. Which he doesn't have. I told her the story. I said who's in charge and she told me Brian Smith I believe is a name I said can you transfer me and she did and I got his voicemail.
What I really don't understand is there's no customer coming first. The online doesn't work. People don't work till 5:00. And I wish I could talk to Mike castrucci. To let him understand. So we'll be updating on Monday.

Not a happy customer today.
In the past, I have had good experiences here at the Casstrucci Ford dealer in Alexandria. I have two Ford vehicles and have used this dealership for ALL service.
I just made a large purchase for tires, and at checkout was informed I would have to pay a penalty of 3% of the total sum of my bill for the privilege of using a credit card. First off, I did not know this, so I had no other form of payment available. And furthermore, who carries around large sums of cash? This policy will affect my service decisions going forward.

Used to be great. Long time with a brand new truck still under bumper to bumper warranty. Wanted to charge me 4k dollars for most stuff under warranty including 1 recall. Was able to get everything done for a 3rd of the price with another place. Thanks Richard for raising prices on things covered and recalls. Hope your career goes great. Won't be seeing me again. I covered everything you quoted me got for under 2k closer than home. You put me in a rental for days, then asked me how I can get their to get a rental after after having my truck in house after you told me you would have someone pick and drop off from Ford. I wish you all best in luck. New management or price gouging I don't know. But I won't be recommending anyone their anymore. Too much shenanigans now. If you are in the area there are much better prices with warranty than Castrucci Ford. Please do your homework. Every dollar matters these days. Peace to you. RIP if necessary. Charge me for Recalls
