Me and my husband still a application out for Ford dealership a Lady Michelle call us and said we've been approved and we went in a Lawson guy took care of us he came out and telling us we wasn't approved he start talking about her pay she only make 8$ $9 an hour I didn't like his attitude I don't think he should talk about other workers pay he act like you more than we did bad customer service hopefully the owner will see this and take care of the matter the worst customer service I ever had a dealership

I just want to say thank you so much Chris Kubanek for the help on my 2017 Camaro. Your professionalism and communication was very on point. This is my first Camaro Ive ever purchased in my life and right now I feel so dang happy knowing Chris took good care of me. He knew my needs and wants and when I asked for a video of the vehicle he got right to it. Chris is a huge asset to the company and I wish nothing but happiness and success in his journey ! My Scion broke down with a bad alternator this morning about a mile from Legacy. I called to see if they could get me in since I drove a non-dealer brand, and they did. I was able to limp my car there, and within three hours of first breaking down, I had my car back, fixed. I've had a new Maverick on order through Legacy, and my experience today makes me even more excited about doing business with them once it arrives. Shoutout to Karen Childress and the rest of the Service Desk for taking care of me in an absolute pinch and turning a bad day into a good one.

Sold me an 18000 dollar pre owned vehicle and never even changed the oil before selling it! Which says they never even looked under the hood before they sold it. Way to go guys! I appreciate it! Will make it my goal to let the public know not to buy from you!
