This staff is beyond welcoming and they are very knowledgeable, helpful and make it a breeze to get medications!

image Do not take this wrong I have an issue with the way they dealt with me Friday, and the the problem has not been resolved yet. Friday I requested for my doctor's office to refill my pain medication they sent the refill to the the pharmacy I was informed insurance only approved 18 pills. because they did not have a pre authorization for this refill and cancelled the rest of the pill prescription and in order for me to get the rest of the prescription the doctor has to send a new prescription. Well first of all how can you make a decision concerning my medication without telling me," the patient". How do I know if they got all 50 and or kept the rest for themselves. Body racking in pain, Mr Williams was very nice and helpful but it seems to me that I was not given the opportunity to make a decision to wait or fill the prescription at the same time the amount would only be 18.
I am not understanding why I cannot pay for my prescription from what the rule states that medicine must be billed to the insurance for the ,if it is approved then the remaining amount is void. The doctor requested 50 and they only issued 18. I believe that if you say something pertaining to the rules of control medication you should be able to back it up. Informing the patient where to obtain the ruling. Since I moved from California I have had nothing but problems with my pain management. I was told that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy today and they would bill if the insurance card doesn't cover the pills the patient should have a right to pay for the prescription. In all actual facts the document faxed. Now belongs to the patient. I love to receive anyone's opinions on this matter
