Switched from another local FQHC and my mother received such better care on her first day vs. 3 years at the other place. Wait time wasn't to bad, but it can be a long time to get that first appointment. The registration process was super easy, all the staff were warm and friendy. We brought two toddlers and they treated them like their own family. Provider was kind, really listened and very knowledgeable. My mother is uninsured but we could get labs, meds and preventative care like mammogram for free or less than $20. So glad I got my mom to a place that they actually takes care of patients and spends more than 8min with them every 3 months! My mother was really poorly managed before but her new NP made changes and developed a great plan when we established care, cant recommend enough..Thank God HealthCore is in our community!!

Camille is an awful manager at this place. Her actions are causing individuals to have issues with getting their medications. The very meds your doctor prescribed...and if that causes you withdrawal she thinks it's funny. Especially if your white. I guess being besties with the CEO has its perks too because customer complaints, when it's due to her gross misconduct, seem to go unnoticed. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC unless you want to be treated like an addict when you need your meds!!!

I used to love coming here not anymore I have three different people telling me three different things about appointments that I dont need one then that I do need one then that I can just walk in its frustrating
