Ramon is the man! He came out at 2:00 AM the night before our vacation to fix our heater! Always figured out the solution and facilitated the installation of our new AC.
Furthermore, our blower motor had an issue when he came out for a cleaning and he diagnosed it and fixed it in an hour!
Lastly, I have a reactive dog and having service people over always gives me anxiety. He is understanding and very quiet to accommodate her and that means the world to me. Thank you Ramon and others for going above and beyond!
