We had a $50 gift card that we got for Christmas and tried to use it twice. Both times they admitted that there was an issue with the gift cards but told us that we had to email some email address and get a confirmation from them before we could use it. So our family purchased us a gift card and paid them. They say it is a good card, but are unable to let us use the money that has already been paid to Menards! They will take your money, but are not willing to help you use a gift card they sold. Absolutely a shame, the supposed general manager said theres just nothing he can do. We drove 30 miles to shop there two times and couldnt use our already paid for gift card!
