        When we arrived the employees didn't even acknowledge that we were in the store. Something happened to our Auto pay and our service was immediately shut off with no warning that the auto pay was having problems.

        I went in (work week mid afternoon no other customers were in) to have my phone looked at and the staff corrected what was wrong with my phone. They also gave imformation about cost, better speed and apps on a new phone when I asked about upgrade of old phone. Very helpful, courteous.
