Happy Valley Ranch

Very weak customer service, communication was nearly nonexistent. Placed an order, credit card was charged, invoice said "pending shipment." Time passed, no updates were forthcoming. After a month I contacted them, got an unsatisfying response saying it would be shipped by the end of the year. 2021 arrived, but my order never did, nor did any more updates. I finally pulled the plug and asked for a refund. The one satisfying part of my interaction with them was the prompt manner in which they handled that. I would have been willing to accept the delay if there had been an email straightaway advising of the long timeline and offering to refund my money until they were ready to ship.

Just awful. Ordered a $1250 press from them and an accessory kit. Took 4 weeks longer than they said it would for the press to arrive. Can certainly understand the delay, but they never once contacted us to let us know our order was delayed. We emailed them twice asking about the delay. No response. The press finally arrived (not the accessories, though) and we were so disappointed. The press is missing all hardware to assemble it,. The only hardware we received were two 16" bolts. No nuts, washers, nothing else). The bottom tray (which holds the pallets and press tubs) was in pieces. The assembly instructions and list of what was to be shipped in each box was with the grinder and looked like it had been shredded. The grinder (which is supposed to come assembled according to what I could make out on the loading sheet/instructions), came disassembled. Only three of the four bolts are present, which is hardly consequential because the grinder is missing its front plate so is totally useless. No nuts or washers were provided for the bolts that were there. We attempted to call Happy Valley Ranch, but received a message saying calls were not being answered and to try text or email. Being that our previous emails were ignored, getting resolution to this seems like a lost cause. Save your money, and avoid the trouble. They do not seem to be up to the task of delivering a workable product right now. We are attempting to find resolution through other means at this point. I have wanted one of these for several years was so excited to finally bite the bullet to get one and am so, so disappointed.
