Absolutely terrible customer service. I called for a cleanup truck and was told that if I wasn't a charge customer then they couldn't service me because of COVID because they can't take COD orders. The man was absolutely rude and abrupt. That is such a BS line, especially when the job is less than 2 miles from your batch plant. I understand if you don't have enough drivers because you have a Covid outbreak, but treat people with respect on the phone and don't be rude to them and don't tell them you can't take a payment over the phone via credit card because of Covid. YOU CAN'T CATCH COVID OVER THE PHONE.

Some of your drivers are a joke, blocking an entire street when you clearly have other options, thanks for making people late to work
