T-Mobile Campus

T-Mobile is not 420 friendly. I have experience dealing with the call center out in the phillipines. I've been trying to resolve my billing dispute from 06/13 to currently. All the agent I've spoken with have been full of it. I've spoken to several reps, each promising some resolution and resolve. One agent suggested they can dispute only 2 billing cycles, one, mentioned none, the other promised they'd submit a ticket and could not even locate the ticket because it was not created. Notes left to make the next rep play along and bs long enough for them to put you back on hold and mute you. I called 4 times in one day, and the supervisor left me hold and while my microphone and camera were being accessed. I'm exhausted and would love nothing more than better service and hope to find the right phone carrier in the near future.

Absolute horrible company to be a customer of. It's a shame how they give zero care to their customers. I wish they would stop focusing on money so much, and focus more on how their customers are being treated with their schemes and games they play with you.

Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Been a member since 1999 and they deleted my phone number after trying to transfer from sprint to tmobile. Online made me to to thw store. The store made me call in. 2 weeks later after having been given a temp number they tell me my number is gone and cannot be fixed
