Pearson Professional Center

I had a great experience at this testing center. It was clean and quiet and in a beautiful area of Corporate Woods (beautiful canopy of trees and green lawns.) It was also super easy to get to, being right off the highway. The staff who ran the testing center were very clear about the process and what was expected, which eased my anxiety. They were also very professional and took their jobs seriously, which I appreciated. I had a good experience in the testing room itself. It was very quiet, monitored closely, and great importance was placed on being respectful to the test takers. I felt it was an environment where I could do my best on my exam and felt the staff was very attentive if I needed anything. Everything ran smoothly on the computer as well. Many thanks! I will be back for the next exam!

Fantastic experience at this location. The facility was very clean and organized. This location is very well managed by the manager, Kaitlyn. She was great in answering all of my questions and provided exceptional customer service! Overall I highly recommend coming to this location!

Ultra liberal facility requiring masks even though not required anywhere else locally. They made me do a self security pat down which was awkward and then the desk marm was hard to understand she had a thick accent and with the mask she was barely able to enunciate what she was trying to say. Very disappointing experience and very distracting.

The staff were all very courteous and professional. I was aware of the rules so no surprises. They do have lockers. I knocked off a star because the site had server issues which delayed our starting time by 45 minutes. Hopefully they get new computers soon.
