Kentucky Fried COVID-19: The food was okay, but the lady working the drive through wore her mask over her chin, so I may have been exposed to COVID-19. I should have avoided Johnson County altogether. Hopefully, I will survive this visit to this KFC and not go there for another 48 years.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. One whole combo meal was missing. Sides to other combo meals were missing. All food was cold and appeared old and reheated. Size of chicken pieces and biscuits and sides all small! Terrible! Will never eat their food again!

This location shut down and yet still appears on your online search..so you drive there wanting to give them your money only to realize they are out of business... not only a horrible customer experience, but leads people to just go to churches or Popeyes instead.

Staff was rude. Took a long time for the woman at the window to even open the window. Wasnt nice and was kinda rude. When I went into to talk to the manager about food that was in my bag that wasnt mine the girl that was at the window was on her phone and being rude when I said that the food I got wasn't mine. And while I was talking to the manager the whole crew decided to come up to the counter to listen to me talk to the manager. They were standing all in a line next to him being like back up. And didnt get an apology from the manager or that he would talk to the girl at the window. Have been there quite a few times and every time have a problem.
